About: Two lovers and their journey to their marriage.
CV: Tsuyamaro
Takasugi Shunta is a junior in MC's company and he fell in love with her at first sight, mostly because he admires her drive towards work. He told her his feelings for her and got rejected, claiming he should be focusing on his work rather than on her. Also the fact that she is 5years his senior being one of the contributing reasons of her refusal. He didn't give up and tried again in which later she finally accepted him. They had been living together for a year since then.
When it finally comes down to the talk about getting married, Shunta was very nervous and indecisive. Though he had tackled the first meeting with MC's parents well, which he admitted being very intimidated with her father, he found the whole process of actually getting to the big day even more difficult. First he had to sit with her to choose for the dress, then the table decorations, the dealings with the wedding planner, and all those things he never thought he had to think about. It comes to the point that he grew too stressed, added that there was some problem with work, he seemed to be dumping the whole thing on MC. He did snapped when she pointed it out, but they made up later that night. He explained he was rushing to clear out the important project he was involved with.
Shunta has his own dream wedding in mind; in which he would say his speech to his own parents and MC's parents, then his bride would cry of happy tears and he would give her his handkerchief to wipe it off for her. Well, the big day came and it was Shunta who cried first! He then seeming to have gotten loose with the booze and got very drunk by the after party. MC had to carry him to their home and let him sleep off their first night together as husband and wife - the night he had said to have being very excited for. They did it on the following morning instead. He vowed to MC again afterwards that he will be with her all through the highs and lows of life.
Final say: I never believed in marriage, personally. The whole unnecessary headaches of wedding planning, the inevitable fights about the damn plans, all those money wasted for something that only last a day... they're not for me. Though I do understand why people would willingly put themselves in the whole mess, regardless. It's a special day to celebrate a union of two parties into one big family. Anyway, I fell in love with Tsuyamaro after this (technically it was from his one-time alias, Miyamoto Dai) though I have a strange image of his kissing sounds kinda made me think he was eating MC's face off LOL.
